PAYMENT

1. POSB/DBS bank transfer
   
2. Cash deposit ( Customers with no bank account/atm card, you can simply go to any posb/dbs bank and deposit the money will do. You will only require my full name)
3. Cash on Delivery(For instocks only)
   

Once payment is made, you'll require to mail us a snapshot/photo of the receipt to verify your payment otherwise your order will be void.

COLLECTION

1.Mass meet up held at Kallang mrt. (Fixed timing)
-Weekdays ( 4pm )
-Weekend ( 2pm )

2.Self Collection at my house void deck.( Anytime, Any day )
(THIS IS RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED YOUR ITEMS URGENTLY.)
-Few mins walk from kallang mrt.
-Address will be given if you opt for it.

3.Normal postage. (ITALKPINK will not be held responsible if items goes missing)
-Items will be mailed out within 1-2working days once payment has been received.

-Accessories: $0.50(1-2) $1.00(3-5) $1.50(5-10) This includes the wrapping and bubble wrap

-Apparels/Wallet: $1.00 for the first item, $0.50 for second/third item accordingly.

- Takes 3-5working days to deliver.
-Please opt for Registered postage/Self Collection/Mass meet up if you're ordering in bulk as it'll be very expensive.

3. Registered postage(HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Normally faster speed than normal postage
-Items will be mailed out on Monday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday due to tight schedules AND i've to travel to the post office.

-There will be a tracking number provided for your parcel, therefore your item will not go missing.

-It will be deliver by postman directly to your doorstep.
-If there are cases where you're not at home, there will be a slip of paper slip to your door step asking for a redeliver or a self collection at the post office mention on the paper.

- Additional charge of $2.30 on top of your normal postage charges.
